What to Expect
Get ready for an exciting and lively cheer pom session designed especially for kids aged 5 to 12. This workshop encourages children to engage in physical activity while having a blast with pom poms, building confidence and coordination.

Activity Details
This one-hour workshop runs from 10:00 to 11:00 AM and is tailored to primary school children. The session will focus on basic cheer pom techniques suitable for all skill levels.
Participants will be guided through fun routines that promote teamwork, rhythm, and physical fitness. The activity is designed to be inclusive and accessible for all children aged 5 to 12.
Please ensure your child wears comfortable clothing and suitable footwear for active movement.
Location and Access
The event takes place at Kings Park, located at 22 Salter Crescent, Denistone East, 2122.
Kings Park offers limited street-level parking with direct access to the event area. Some entry points may require using stairs, but general access is via smooth surfaced footpaths.
The outdoor setting provides a refreshing environment for children to enjoy physical activity surrounded by nature.
Important Information
Registrations are essential to participate, with limited spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis. Parents must register their children and provide any relevant health or participation information to ensure appropriate support.
A responsible parent or guardian must be present on site during the session. Please communicate any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs when registering.
By attending, participants may be photographed for City of Ryde promotional use. If unable to attend, cancellations should be made promptly to allow others to join.
Booking and Prices
This program is free for City of Ryde residents. Non-residents are required to pay a $5 fee.
Bookings must be made via the Bookable platform. Walk-ins may be accepted on the day if space permits but are not guaranteed.
