What to Expect

This innovative digital floor responds to every movement in real time, turning each step, jump, and run into part of an exciting game. Children will have a blast moving their way to victory while staying active and entertained.
This session is perfect for primary school children who love to combine play with technology. It encourages coordination, agility, and friendly competition in a safe and supportive environment.
Parents can expect their children to be fully engaged and energized, making it a fantastic way to promote physical activity during school holidays.
Activity Details
The event is tailored for children aged 7 to 12 years, focusing on their different skills and abilities. There are two sessions on the day:
- Session 1: 10:00 - 10:45
- Session 2: 11:00 - 11:45
Each session lasts 45 minutes, providing ample time for children to enjoy the interactive floor and participate in the digital games.
Registration is essential, and spaces are limited, so early booking is recommended to secure a spot. The program is free for City of Ryde residents, with a $5 fee for non-residents.
Location and Access
The activity takes place at Marsfield Community Centre, located at 1A Trafalgar Place, Marsfield, NSW 2122. This venue is fully accessible, featuring easy access, onsite parking, and accessible toilets.
Parents and guardians can comfortably accompany their children, knowing the venue supports inclusivity and accessibility.
The community centre is well connected and easy to find, making drop-offs and pick-ups hassle-free.
Important Information
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, parents must provide relevant information about their child's needs during registration. This helps the organisers offer the appropriate level of care and support.
A responsible parent or guardian must be present on-site while their child participates. Children may be photographed during the event, and images could be used for promotional purposes by the City of Ryde.
If your child cannot attend after booking, please cancel promptly via the booking platform to allow others to participate. Multiple no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings or fees.
Booking and Prices
All sessions require advance booking through the Bookable platform and operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Walk-ins may be accepted if space permits but are not guaranteed.
The program is free for City of Ryde residents. Non-residents are charged a $5 fee.
Proof of residency may be requested at registration or on arrival. Cancellation policies are in place to ensure fair access for all families.
