Activity Details
The workshop runs for 1.5 hours on Saturday 7 March from 14:00 to 15:30. It is tailored for complete beginners and focuses on gentle movements and stretching.
Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing such as a short-sleeve shirt paired with stretchy shorts, leggings, or sweatpants to allow freedom of movement.
