Join short, guided walks and talks that reveal the rich landscape, ancient cultures, and fragile clifftop environment of the Blue Mountains. These 30-minute sessions offer a meaningful connection to this World Heritage site, perfect for families and visitors seeking more than just a quick photo.
Each tour is relaxed and informative, led by friendly local guides or cultural educators. By participating, you contribute to respecting Country, protecting sensitive environments, and supporting sustainable tourism.
There are two tour options available:
- "Echo Point Insights Guided Walk" on Thursdays and Fridays at 11:00, 12:00, and 13:00. Explore geology, natural features, and conservation efforts. Duration: 30 minutes.
- "Introduction to Aboriginal Culture Talk" on Saturdays at 11:00 and 12:00. Learn from Dharug educator Uncle Chris Tobin about sustainable living and traditional ways. Duration: 30 minutes.
Tickets cost $20 for adults, $10 for children aged 3-16, families $50-$60, and free for under 3 years. Bookings are essential.
All tours start from the Echo Point Visitor Information Centre, located on Echo Point Road, Katoomba. The site is accessible with options available upon request. This central location makes it easy for families to join and explore the Blue Mountains’ iconic lookout and surrounding environment.
