Join Australian Champion Blacksmith Terry Drennan for an unforgettable hands-on workshop designed especially for teens aged 13 to 17. This engaging session offers a unique opportunity to learn traditional blacksmithing techniques in a safe, supportive environment. Whether your teen chooses to forge a Viking pendant or a marshmallow fork, they will create a unique piece to take home.
This three-hour workshop is split into two sessions: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Participants will be guided step-by-step through the forging process by an experienced instructor. Expect a fun, educational experience where creativity and craftsmanship come together.
- Ages: 13-17 years
- Sessions: Morning (9:00 AM - 12:00 PM) or Afternoon (1:00 PM - 4:00 PM)
- Projects: Viking pendant or marshmallow fork, Viking cuff or leaf bag tag
- Safety gear required: closed-in boots or steel-capped shoes, long pants, and long sleeves
