Important Information
All stallholders must read and agree to the Stallholder Information Pack and Terms and Conditions before applying. Applications close on Monday, 2026-03-30.
Food vendors need to submit additional documentation such as food safety certificates, public liability insurance, and site plans. Offsite food preparation requires relevant council approvals.
Site fees are $50 per metre of frontage with additional charges for depth and power usage. Various stall hire options are available, inclusive of site fees and GST.
Booking and Prices
Stallholder applications are open now until 2026-03-30. Fees include:
- Site fees: $50 per metre wide frontage (up to 3 metres depth included)
- Additional depth: $50 per metre
- Power: $60 per day
- Food stall registration: $109 for single event or $188 annual
- Stall hire options range from $160 to $1020 depending on size and type
