The festival takes place on Saturday, 13 June 2026, from 14:00 to 20:00. Stallholders must apply by Monday, 30 March 2026, and adhere to the provided Stallholder Information Pack and Terms and Conditions.
Food vendors must complete additional documentation including food safety certificates and layout plans, ensuring compliance with health regulations. Site fees are $50 per metre wide frontage, with optional power hire and marquee rentals available at additional costs.

Booking and Prices
Site fees are $50 per metre wide frontage, including up to 3 metres depth. Additional depth is charged at $50 per metre. Food stallholders must pay either an annual registration fee of $188 or a single event registration fee of $109.
Power hire is available for $60 per day. Marquee and stall hire options range from $160 to $720 depending on size and type, inclusive of site fees and GST.
