Food vendors must comply with food safety regulations and provide necessary certifications, while all stallholders pay site fees based on frontage and depth requirements. Power access and stall hire options are available for an additional fee.
The festival encourages local participation and offers opportunities for sponsorship and collaboration, especially for local alcohol providers and agricultural organisations.

All stallholders must read and agree to the Stallholder Information Pack and Terms and Conditions before applying. Applications close on Monday, 30 March 2026.
Food vendors need to submit additional documentation such as food safety certificates and site plans. Power requirements must be specified in advance, with fees applied accordingly.

Booking and Prices
Stallholder site fees are $50 per metre of frontage, including up to 3 metres depth. Additional depth costs $50 per metre. Food stallholders pay either $188 for annual registration or $109 for single event registration.
Power access costs $60 per day. Council offers various stall hire options, ranging from $160 to $720 depending on size and type, inclusive of site fees and GST.
Applications for stallholders are open now and must be submitted by 30 March 2026. Interested vendors should download the Stallholder Information Pack and complete the application form.
