What to Expect
Carers Craft & Connect Group offers a welcoming space where carers can unwind, share stories, and enjoy creative activities together. Whether you love knitting, crocheting, diamond dot art, or any other craft, this group is your chance to bring your favourite project and connect with others who understand your journey.
This is more than just a craft session; it’s a supportive environment led by a lived experience Peer Facilitator, Sheila, where you can enjoy a cuppa and meaningful social connection. It’s the perfect way to carve out some 'me time' amidst your busy caregiving responsibilities.
