This short course runs over three consecutive Sundays: 7 June, 14 June, and 21 June, from 10:00 to 12:30 each morning. You will learn essential hand-building techniques including pinching, coiling, and slab building to shape your marbled clay creations. After the course, your pieces will be fired and ready for collection four weeks later.
Classes are small, with a maximum of 10 students, ensuring personalised attention from the expert tutor. Comfortable clothing and enclosed shoes are recommended, and you should bring your own apron and towel.
The course takes place at Pine Street Creative Arts Centre, located at 64 Pine Street, Chippendale NSW 2008. The ceramics studio is welcoming and well-equipped, designed to foster creativity in a supportive environment.
