Discover the fascinating world of native pollinator insects and their vital role in our environment. This engaging workshop invites families to become citizen scientists, exploring the insect life in the local park and learning how to support these essential creatures at home.
Participants will enjoy an ecologist-led walk and talk, offering expert insights into pollinator species and their habitats. The hands-on activity includes building a bee-hotel to take home, helping to create a welcoming pollinator patch in your own garden.

The workshop will take place on Sunday, 26 April 2026, from 10:30 to 12:30. It is designed to be interactive and educational, suitable for school-aged children accompanied by their parents.
