Activity Details
The cardio tennis sessions run on two Thursdays in March: 12th and 19th, from 17:30 to 18:30. All tennis equipment is provided, but you are welcome to bring your own racquet if preferred. Please wear comfortable clothing and footwear suitable for active movement and bring a drink bottle to stay hydrated.
Bookings are essential to secure your spot. These sessions are free of charge and open exclusively to women and girls aged 15 years and above.
