What to Expect
Over two full days, you will learn to recognize early warning signs of mental health problems, respond appropriately in crisis situations, and reduce stigma around mental health. Activity Details
The Standard MHFA course runs from 9:30 to 16:30 on Monday 2026-06-29 and Tuesday 2026-06-30. It covers recognizing symptoms, using evidence-based action plans, crisis response, and self-care techniques. Upon completion, participants receive free accreditation funded by Mitchell Shire Council and facilitated by South East Volunteers.
