What to Expect

Activity Details
The ESL Book Club meets every Tuesday from 12:00 to 13:00, excluding school holidays, running until June 30, 2026. The sessions are held at Lionel Bowen Library in Maroubra.
Participants only need to register once to attend weekly meetings through to mid-December 2026, with all books provided for free. The club is open to adults aged 18 and over who are library members.
Bookings are essential and can be made online via Eventbrite. Attendees are encouraged to arrive 10 minutes early to ensure the session starts promptly.

Important Information
Attendance requires library membership, which is free and can be obtained online. Participants must comply with health and safety guidelines, including Covid-safe measures.
Only one ticket per person is allowed, and duplicate bookings will be cancelled. Please cancel your ticket if you can no longer attend to allow others to participate.
Late arrivals cannot be admitted after the start time to ensure a smooth and enjoyable session for all. Photos or videos may be taken during events for promotional use; notify staff if you prefer not to be included.
