Activity Details
Classes run every Monday from 10:30 to 12:00, starting on April 20, 2026, and continuing through to June 29, 2026. The course fee is $18 per term, and bookings are essential.
Participants must be aged 18 or over and have a pre-intermediate level of English. Registration is limited to one class per person per term, with a maximum of two years enrolment per proficiency level.
Priority for bookings is given to permanent residents of the Local Government Area if demand is high. Children are not permitted in the classroom for safety reasons.

The classes take place at Lionel Bowen Library, located at 669-673 Anzac Parade, Maroubra. The library is committed to accessibility and inclusivity, so please inform them of any special requirements.

Bookings open online on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at 9:30 AM and are made through Eventbrite. Please read Eventbrite’s privacy policy before booking.
Cancellation policies apply: refunds are available up to one day before the event start date, minus Eventbrite fees. Absences without notification may result in ticket cancellation.
By attending, participants agree to Covid-safe measures and consent to possible photography or video recordings for promotional purposes.
