After the session, linger for community coffee and connection time at Republia, or take a refreshing swim if you're feeling adventurous. The rooftop location offers a beautiful setting that embraces all weather conditions, including rain, hail, or shine, with contingency plans for heavy rain.

The event takes place on the rooftop of St Kilda Sea Baths, located at 18 Jacka Boulevard, St Kilda, VIC 3182. Access is via Republica, where you enter the courtyard and ascend the stairs to the rooftop. The venue is easily reachable by driving, public transport, biking, or walking.
The rooftop offers stunning views and a serene atmosphere perfect for yoga and community connection. In case of extreme weather, the event moves indoors to the Encore Group Events Space to ensure comfort and safety.
Important Information
Yoga sessions proceed rain, hail, or shine, embracing the transformative power of nature. Cancellation only occurs in flooding situations. The event is donation-based, encouraging honest heart-to-heart exchanges to keep the practice accessible and sustainable.
Feel Good Flows also honors First Nations people by offering sessions as a gift of gratitude and respect for the land. The community consciously practices with gentle steps and hands, fostering connection with the land and each other.
