You will begin with a silent meditation on the beach, followed by a mobility-focused yoga flow inside with breathwork layered throughout. The session concludes with a dip in the water and a chance to connect over coffee and community chats nearby. No prior experience is needed, making it accessible for all levels. Bring your yoga mat, towel, swimmers, and water bottle, and dress in comfortable layered gym clothes to enjoy the full experience.

This event was created in response to mental health challenges during the pandemic, focusing on natural shifts through breathwork, movement, and community to boost mood and reduce anxiety. The facilitator, Eliza Hilmer, brings over six years of teaching experience and a compassionate approach to help participants feel supported and at home within themselves.

Important Information
This is a donation-based event with a suggested minimum contribution of $15 to help sustain the program and support the South Melbourne Life Saving Volunteers, who receive 30% of the donations. Contributions can range from $10 to $30, with hardship options available upon request.
No yoga or swimming experience is necessary, and all sessions are guided by Eliza Hilmer, a highly trained and experienced instructor passionate about wellness and transformation.
Please bring your own yoga mat, towel, swimmers, water bottle, and wear comfortable layered gym clothes suitable for movement and swimming.
