Activity Details
The event runs every Thursday morning with the following schedule:
- 6:15am: Arrive early to settle in and store belongings
- 6:30am: Silent meditation on the beach
- 6:40am: Mobility-focused yoga flow with breathwork indoors
- 7:20am: Swim in the water
- 7:30am: Wrap up and head for coffee and community chats nearby
No prior experience is necessary, and all practices are guided. Participants should bring a yoga mat, towel, swimmers, water bottle, and wear comfortable layered gym clothes.

The sessions take place at the South Melbourne Life Saving Club, located at 72B Beaconsfield Parade, Albert Park, VIC 3206. The venue offers a stunning beachside setting perfect for sunrise meditation and swim. It is accessible by driving, public transport, biking, or walking.

This event operates on a donation-based honesty model with a suggested minimum donation of $15, which helps cover costs and supports the South Melbourne Life Saving Volunteers. Donations between $10 and $30 are accepted, and hardship cases can attend for free by reaching out.
The facilitator, Eliza Hilmer, is a highly experienced yoga teacher blending Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Kriya, Meditation, Breathwork, and Mobility. Her classes focus on healing, presence, and transformation.
