Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, or forest bathing, this program invites you to immerse your senses in nature’s sights, sounds, touches, tastes, and feelings. Many participants leave feeling uplifted, calm, and supported even during life's busiest moments.
Each week offers a gentle guided sensory walk with a unique nature connection invitation, helping you to cultivate mindfulness and presence. The program concludes with a soothing tea ceremony, providing a peaceful moment to reflect and absorb the calm.
This nurturing experience is perfect for women seeking a quiet, supportive space to recharge and find balance amidst the demands of daily life.
Activity Details
The program runs over four consecutive Fridays, starting at 09:00 and finishing promptly at 10:15. Arrive by 08:45 to settle in before the session begins. Each session includes a guided walk and a tea ceremony.
If you miss a session, you can either pay it forward to someone else or attend the alternate location session that week, ensuring flexibility.
Included in the $99 fee is the full 4-week program, a 15-minute one-on-one coaching call to support your personal wellbeing goals, and access to short online forest bathing practices to maintain calm between sessions.
Spaces are limited to 10 women per group to maintain an intimate and supportive environment. Feel free to bring a friend or gift the experience to someone who could benefit from extra calm and connection.
Location and Access
The sessions take place at Seawinds Gardens Arthurs Seat, located on Purves Road, Arthurs Seat, Victoria 3936. This beautiful natural setting offers a peaceful backdrop ideal for forest bathing.
The gardens are accessible by car, with parking available nearby. The location is well-signposted and easy to find.
Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable walking shoes and dress for the weather to fully enjoy the outdoor experience.
