Gratitude isn't just something we feel, it's something we can gather, hold, and return to. This engaging workshop invites adults to creatively transform an old book into a unique container for gratitude using collage, found poetry, pocket-making, and simple stitching techniques. Autumn, a season of harvest and reflection, provides the perfect backdrop for nurturing a gratitude practice that can be revisited anytime.
What to Expect
In this beginner-friendly session, you'll learn to alter book pages by revealing meaningful words, layering images, and creating pockets to tuck away moments, memories, or joyful reminders. The workshop is designed to be accessible for all skill levels and encourages ongoing creative practice beyond the session.
