What to Expect
Discover the joy of gratitude through a hands-on creative workshop designed to nourish your spirit and spark your creativity. This session invites you to transform an old book into a unique container for gratitude using collage, found poetry, pocket-making, and simple stitching techniques. Autumn, a season of harvest and reflection, provides the perfect backdrop to start a meaningful gratitude practice.
You'll learn how to reveal words, layer images, and create pockets to tuck away moments, memories, or reminders of joy. This workshop is beginner-friendly and requires no prior experience, making it ideal for adults seeking a creative outlet and a gentle reminder of what nourishes them.
This is more than just an art project—it's a tool to revisit and add to whenever gratitude flows, helping you cultivate a lasting practice.
