Gratitude isn't just something we feel, it's something we can gather, hold, and return to. This hands-on workshop invites you to creatively transform an old book into a unique container for gratitude using collage, found poetry, pocket-making, and simple stitching techniques. Autumn, a season of harvest and reflection, provides the perfect backdrop to develop a nourishing gratitude practice.
What to Expect
In this engaging session, you'll learn how to alter book pages by revealing meaningful words, layering images, and creating pockets to tuck away moments, memories, or joyful reminders. This is more than an art project; it's a tool you can continue to add to whenever gratitude flows and revisit when you need a gentle reminder. No prior experience is needed, making it ideal for adults seeking a creative outlet.
