Experience a peaceful sanctuary in the heart of Sydney where you can drop in any Thursday between 10am and 5pm for guided meditation, quiet reflection, and uplifting seminars. The sessions are designed to foster calm, clarity, and personal renewal, perfect for busy parents seeking a moment of tranquility.
Each month, a special workshop offers deeper immersion into self-healing meditation techniques, guided by experienced practitioners. The welcoming environment encourages personal growth and emotional balance.
No prior experience is needed; simply come as you are and enjoy a moment of peace in a supportive community.
The iMeditate sessions run every Thursday from 10:00 to 17:00, allowing flexible drop-in times to suit your schedule. On Saturday, 18 July 2026, from 13:00 to 15:30, there is a Self Healing Meditation Workshop led by Warren Carey, featuring soothing soundscapes and reflective practices.
Additionally, a women's program takes place on the 3rd Thursday of each month from 13:30 to 14:30, focusing on tailored meditation experiences for women.
No bookings are required for the regular weekly sessions, making it easy to fit mindfulness into your busy week.
