The program takes place at the Rockville Sports Club House on Tor Street in Wilsonton Heights, Toowoomba. The venue is accessible by car and public transport, with parking available nearby. It’s a welcoming community space perfect for group fitness activities.
Important Information
Please arrive a few minutes early to get settled and ready for the session. If you are part of the Change Project and not connected to Defence, the cost is $5 per session payable in cash. Remember to wear comfortable workout clothes and bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
