Experience a full day dedicated to wellness and mindfulness at International Yoga Day. This family-friendly event offers guided yoga sessions suitable for all levels, meditation and breathwork workshops, and immersive sound healing experiences designed to help you reconnect with your mind and body.
Enjoy interactive Madhubani painting and art therapy workshops for both kids and adults, alongside expert panel discussions on topics like "Yoga and Meditation in the world of AI." Cultural performances and wellness stalls will be open all day, providing a vibrant atmosphere for relaxation and discovery.
Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yoga practitioner, this event offers something for everyone interested in adopting a healthy lifestyle and exploring holistic wellbeing.
The event runs from 09:00 to 17:00 and features a variety of sessions including yoga, sound healing, reiki, meditation, and breathwork. Specific activities include:
- Yoga sessions at 09:00-09:45 and 16:00-16:45
- Sound healing at 10:00-10:45 and 15:00-15:45
- Reiki at 11:00-11:45
- Meditation at 13:00-13:45
- Breathwork at 14:00-14:45
- Madhubani painting workshops for kids (ages 6–14) at 13:00-14:00 and adults at 14:30-15:30
All sessions take place at the Yoga Studio on Level 1 or The Crest Hall on the Ground Level.
