Step into a calm and supportive space designed especially for carers looking to unwind and reflect. This one-hour journalling session offers a gentle way to express your feelings and process your experiences with the guidance of a skilled counsellor.
Whether you are new to journalling or have been practicing for years, you'll discover techniques that help you let go of unhelpful thoughts and celebrate your personal journey. It’s a nurturing environment where your wellbeing is the priority.
The sessions run every fortnight on Fridays from 10:00 to 11:00 AM. All materials, including journals, are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. The focus is on self-expression and emotional support through writing, facilitated by counsellor Shirley.
This is a perfect opportunity for carers to take time out, reflect on their challenges and successes, and build long-term wellbeing through creative journalling.
The sessions take place at 15-17 Kitchener St, East Toowoomba QLD 4350. The venue is accessible and welcoming, providing a quiet and comfortable setting to focus on your journalling practice.

Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in before the session starts. The group is designed to be inclusive and supportive, so all carers are welcome regardless of journalling experience.
