What to Expect
Start your Tuesday mornings with a fun and social badminton session at the King George V Recreation Centre. Badminton is an easy-to-learn racquet sport that offers a great way for the whole family to stay active and engaged. Whether you’re a beginner or more experienced, this welcoming environment encourages all skill levels to join in.
You’ll play singles or doubles on an indoor rectangular court, hitting a shuttlecock back and forth across the net. It’s a fantastic way to improve your coordination, hand-eye skills, and overall fitness while making new friends in the community.
The sessions are casual and social, perfect for parents looking to combine fitness with fun and connection.
