Bring your little artists to a lively and engaging creative art workshop designed especially for children aged 6 to 12. This session encourages imagination and hands-on fun with a variety of art materials. Expect plenty of laughter, colourful mess, and proud little masterpieces.
Children will be guided through exciting projects that inspire creativity and self-expression, perfect for school holidays or weekend fun. Parents can relax knowing their kids are in a safe, supportive environment.
The workshop includes step-by-step instructions for different art techniques suitable for young learners. Materials such as paints, brushes, paper, and craft supplies are provided, so no need to bring anything except enthusiasm.
Activities are designed to develop fine motor skills and boost confidence through creative play. Sessions last approximately 90 minutes, allowing enough time for exploration and clean-up.
Held at the Community Arts Centre, conveniently located near public transport and with ample parking. The venue is wheelchair accessible and family-friendly, with nearby cafes for parents to enjoy a coffee while the kids create.
Please arrive 10 minutes early for sign-in and settling in. The space is bright and welcoming, fostering a positive creative atmosphere for all participants.
Suitable for children aged 6-12 years. Parents or guardians must remain on-site during the workshop. Wear clothes that can get messy or bring a smock.
