Step into a vibrant world of colour and light designed especially for little learners aged 5 and under. Little Kid's Day In: Rainbow Riot invites your child to wear their brightest outfit and join a day full of playful discovery and hands-on workshops. Activity Details
The event runs from 10:00 to 14:00 on Monday, 30 March 2026, at Scienceworks. Highlights include:
- Planetarium shows "Tycho Goes to Mars" at 11:00 and 14:30, and "Tycho to the Moon" at 13:00 (ticket add-ons).
- The Mini Weather Show at 12:00 in the Lightning Theatre, featuring live science experiments.
- Tot Spot: Colour Disco in the Energy Lab, a lively dance and play area.
- Kinder Clubhouse: Rainbow Lab in the STEM Lab, a sensory play space with crafts.
- Book Nook, a quiet reading area with colourful displays.
- Tiny Tinkerers and Bub Hub in the Planetarium Foyer, offering engineering and sensory play activities.
All activities except the Planetarium shows and Lightning Theatre show are included with entry.
