What to Expect
This gentle exercise program is perfect for older adults looking to improve their strength, balance, and mobility in a supportive environment. Whether you have never exercised before or are returning after a break, each participant is individually assessed to create a tailored exercise plan.
The classes gradually increase in intensity, helping you build muscle mass, coordination, and confidence while reducing the risk of falls. Beyond physical benefits, the program also supports mental health by reducing anxiety and depression and boosting brain function.
It’s also a wonderful opportunity to meet new people and enjoy social connections in a friendly community setting.
