What to Expect
Experience a gentle introduction to Tai Chi with Sophie, designed to improve your balance, mobility, and coordination through mindful movement and meditation. This weekly class blends physical exercise with deep breathing techniques to promote relaxation and vitality.
Tai Chi is known to improve blood circulation, reduce stress, enhance breathing, and increase muscle flexibility and joint mobility. No prior experience is needed, making it perfect for beginners and those looking to explore a new wellness practice.
Participants are encouraged to wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring their own water to stay hydrated throughout the session.

The class runs weekly on Tuesdays from 10:00 to 11:00 AM, starting on July 7, 2026, and continuing until December 22, 2026. You only need to register once to attend all sessions, making it easy to commit to your wellbeing over the months.
Bookings are free but essential, opening on June 9, 2026, at 9:30 AM. Please note that missing three or more consecutive weeks without notifying staff may result in forfeiting your booking.
