What to Expect
Experience a gentle introduction to Tai Chi with Sophie, designed to enhance your balance, mobility, and coordination. This class blends mindful movements with meditation and deep breathing to promote overall wellness.
Tai Chi is known to improve blood circulation, reduce stress, and increase muscle flexibility and joint mobility. No prior experience is needed, making it perfect for beginners and those looking to explore a new form of relaxation and exercise.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring your own water bottle to stay hydrated during the session.
