Join Wellbeing Practitioner Sally de Gruchy in this delightful workshop designed specifically for children aged 0 to 5 years and their parents or carers. This session encourages singing, stretching, and sensory engagement through a variety of playful activities.

What to Expect

Participants will enjoy singing along to both new and familiar songs while playing with fun props and instruments such as shakers, rhythm sticks, scarves, bean bags, parachutes, and bubbles. The workshop fosters a joyful and calming environment that supports early childhood development and parent-child bonding.

Activity Details

This event takes place monthly on the third Monday of each month until July 21, 2025. Each session runs from 10:00 to 11:30 in the morning. The workshop is suitable for children aged 0-5 years accompanied by their parents or carers. Bookings are essential and must be made for each session individually.

Location and Access

The sessions are held at the Margaret Martin Library, located on Level 1 of the Royal Randwick Shopping Centre, Belmore Road, Randwick. The venue is accessible and welcoming, providing a comfortable space for families to engage in the activities.

Important Information

Places are strictly limited to ensure a quality experience for all participants, and latecomers will not be admitted. Attendees are asked to arrive 10 minutes early to allow the session to start on time. Please advise the organizers of any allergies as there will be time after the session for a snack and chat. This event is for library members only; membership is free and can be obtained online or at any branch.

The event is free of charge, but bookings are required through Eventbrite. Bookings open approximately one month prior to each session. If a session is not visible for booking, it means it is fully booked. If you cannot attend, please cancel your booking to allow others to participate.
