What to Expect
Join Wellbeing Practitioner Sally in a lively and interactive workshop designed especially for children aged 0 to 5 years and their parents or carers. This session invites families to sing along to both new and familiar songs, stretch, and explore sensory play through music and movement.
Children will have the opportunity to play with various props and instruments such as shakers, rhythm sticks, scarves, bean bags, parachutes, and bubbles, creating a fun and stimulating environment that encourages creativity and mindfulness.
This is a wonderful chance for parents to bond with their little ones while nurturing early development in a supportive community setting.
