At MyTime Point Cook, carers come together to find support, share their stories, and connect with others who truly understand their journey. This welcoming group focuses on growth and wellbeing, offering a safe space to unwind and feel heard.
Join a warm community where you can relax and share your experiences with fellow carers. Learn practical self-care skills and engage in activities designed to help you care for yourself as well as your loved ones. Gain valuable information about services available to both you and your care recipient.
This workshop is designed specifically for adult carers within the Chinese community. It runs for two and a half hours, providing ample time for discussion, learning, and connection. The session is free of charge and facilitated by Extended Families Services.
The event takes place at Featherbrook Community Centre, located at 33 - 35 Windorah Drive, Point Cook VIC 3030. The venue is accessible and welcoming, situated within the Wyndham City area.
