What to Expect
MyTime Việt offers a warm and supportive environment specifically for Vietnamese-speaking parents and carers of children with disabilities, developmental delays, or neurodivergence aged 0-18 years. Facilitated by Vy Phan, these informal peer group sessions provide a relaxed space to connect, share experiences, and support one another.
Sessions often include friendly conversations and may feature guest speakers on topics that matter most to members. This is a chance to meet others who truly understand your journey and find encouragement in a community setting.
Whether you attend online or in person, you can take a break from appointments and therapy to relax in a way that suits you.
