The event runs from 10:00 to 13:00 on Sunday, July 26, 2026. Participants will be guided on how to plant and care for native species at the "Stepping Stones" site along Kororoit Creek. Suitable for all ages, this event encourages families to engage in meaningful environmental action.
The event takes place at Kororoit Creek, with entry via the path between 60-62 Warmington Rd, Sunshine West. The site is accessible and provides a beautiful natural setting for the community to gather and work together.
Brimbank City Council acknowledges the Wurundjeri and Bunurong Peoples as the Traditional Custodians of this land and pays respect to their Elders past, present, and future. Please wear comfortable clothing and sturdy shoes suitable for outdoor planting activities. Bring water, sun protection, and a positive spirit ready to help the environment.
