What to Expect

Participants will receive free recipe books, a shopping bag, the Let’s Feed the Family parent guide, and a kids healthy eating plate to take home.
Activity Details
This initiative runs over 5 weeks, with sessions held weekly on Tuesdays from 09:30 to 12:00. A creche is available to support parents during the sessions.
The program is free of charge but bookings are essential to secure your place. It is ideal for parents or carers of children aged 0-5 years.
The classes are facilitated by university-qualified nutritionists who provide expert guidance and support throughout the program.

The classes take place at the Willagee Community Centre, located at the corner of Archibald and Winnacott Streets, Willagee.
