Activity Details
The workshop covers a full planning cycle from Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) fundamentals to logistics planning. Key topics include the role of planners/schedulers, supply chain planning, capacity and rostering management, urgent order handling, and measuring plan effectiveness.
Participants will learn to create routines based on the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle, enhancing continuous improvement within their operations. The session is facilitated by MorphBI, experts in Lean methodologies with proven success in driving business growth.
