What to Expect
Looking for a creative way to wrap up your weekend? This 2.5-hour acrylic landscape painting workshop offers a fun, relaxed environment where you can connect with others while learning essential painting skills. Designed especially for beginners, you will explore techniques such as colour mixing, tone, perspective, and composition inspired by the unique Australian landscape and its master painters.
No prior experience is needed, and professional tutors will guide you step-by-step throughout your project. The intimate class size of up to 10 students ensures personalized attention, making it a perfect Sunday creative escape for anyone aged 16 and over.
Activity Details
This hands-on workshop focuses on building your confidence and developing new ways of seeing through painting. You will learn foundational skills that will prepare you for future themed painting classes, making them easier and more enjoyable. All art materials are provided, so just bring yourself and an apron.
Wear enclosed shoes (no sandals or thongs) and comfortable clothing suitable for painting. The workshop is designed for beginner-level students aged 16 years and older.
Location and Access
The workshop is held at Ultimo Community Centre, located at 40 William Henry Street, Ultimo NSW 2007, in the Art Room. The venue is accessible, and if you have any particular access or communication needs, you can contact Pine Street Creative Arts Centre for assistance.
Important Information
Bookings can be cancelled up to 7 days before the start of the workshop for a refund. Cancellations made after this period will not be refunded. The class size is limited to 10 students to ensure a quality learning experience.
