Activity Details
The PermaBee Community Gardening Program runs weekly every Friday from 09:00 to 12:30. Activities include:
- Planting seasonal vegetables and flowers
- Weeding and garden maintenance
- Composting and soil care
- Sharing gardening tips and sustainable practices
The sessions are guided by experts who provide helpful advice and support, making it suitable for gardeners of all skill levels, including beginners and children.
Location and Access
The program takes place at the Randwick Sustainability Hub, located at 27 Munda Street, Randwick. The venue is easily accessible and offers a welcoming space for community members to gather and garden.
There is ample parking nearby and public transport options to Randwick, making it convenient for families to attend.
Important Information
Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for gardening and bring a hat and water bottle to stay hydrated. Tools and gloves are provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own if preferred.
The program runs weekly until 18 December 2026, offering ongoing opportunities to engage with the community and learn sustainable gardening practices.

Participation in the PermaBee Community Gardening Program is free of charge. To secure your spot, bookings must be made online via Humanitix.
