You will engage in a variety of hands-on tasks such as primary weed removal, hand weeding among native plants, and revegetation efforts in poorer areas. It's a wonderful opportunity to connect with nature and contribute to preserving the environment for future generations.

The Bushcare sessions take place every month on the 2nd Sunday, from 09:00 to 12:00. Volunteers meet behind the oval, accessed via the corner of Dooligah Avenue and Burragulung Street.
Sessions run from Sunday, 9 August 2026 through to Sunday, 13 December 2026, providing multiple opportunities to get involved throughout the second half of the year.
Participants are encouraged to wear sturdy shoes, bring gloves, sun protection, and water to stay comfortable while working outdoors.
The activities are held at Randwick Environment Park, a significant bushland reserve in Randwick City. The meeting point is behind the oval, accessible via the corner of Dooligah Avenue and Burragulung Street.
