What to Expect

Activity Details
The event takes place on Saturday 13 June 2026 from 10:00 to 13:00. There is no need to book, just drop in anytime during these hours. Activities include story time, board games, craft sessions, and demonstrations of the new Book Locker.
Parents and guardians of children aged 12 and under must remain in the library during the activities. For safety, one adult can supervise up to four children. Contact details for parents or guardians must be provided for participants under 16.
The library does not endorse or promote any products used in the workshops.

The event is held at South Hurstville Library, located at the corner of Short and Allen Streets. The library is easily accessible with new signage and footpath artwork guiding visitors.

Important Information
For children 12 years and under, a parent or guardian must stay for the duration of the program. One adult can supervise a maximum of four children.
