Embark on a magical journey of light and imagination with Sea of Light, an interactive installation by Patch Theatre. This unique event invites families to explore glowing artworks and create their own luminous masterpieces using UV torches.
Step into a world where light paints stories across the sea floor. Children aged 3 and up can use UV torches as paintbrushes to stencil and steer glowing ships, leaving trails of light behind them. The installation features stunning artworks by Contemporary Aboriginal Visual Artist Elizabeth Close, highlighting the deep connection between land, sea, and Indigenous culture.
The gentle soundscape by composer Rob Edwards enhances the immersive experience, making it a sensory adventure for the whole family. All children must be accompanied by an adult, ensuring a safe and engaging environment.
