The forums will be held on two dates and locations to accommodate more participants:
- Monday 15 June 2026, 10:00 to 12:30 at Blue Mountains Theatre and Community Hub, Meeting Room 1, 106-108 Macquarie Rd, Springwood.
- Friday 19 June 2026, 10:00 to 12:30 at Tibbi Whalan Hall, Level 1/81-83 Katoomba St, Katoomba.
No booking is required, and the event is free to attend. The sessions will include presentations and Q&A with representatives from community services and law enforcement.

The event is part of the World Elder Abuse Awareness Day activities and is supported by multiple community partners including Blue Mountains Police Area Command and Seniors Rights Service.
