The event runs from 11:00 to 15:00 on Sunday, 25 October 2026. Guided bush walks are scheduled at 12:00 and 14:00, each lasting about 20 minutes. Outdoor art classes by the School of Fine Arts take place hourly starting at 11:15, with sessions at 12:15, 13:15, and 14:15.
Community workshops with Curious Legends occur hourly, featuring puppet-making activities and a special performance at 14:35 where the Fire Spirit and River Spirit dance. Additional drop-in activities include boomerang painting, weaving with the Mosman Girl Guides, and rock painting with Wiradjuri Wave.
