The session is held in a candlelit private studio surrounded by nature, offering a peaceful retreat from daily stresses. With a small group limited to 12 participants, you will enjoy a personal and immersive experience where the sounds bounce off the walls, enhancing the healing vibrations.
The sound bath lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes, beginning at 19:30 and concluding at 21:00. You are welcome to arrive from 19:20 to settle in comfortably before the session starts promptly at 19:40 when the gate is locked. All mats, blankets, pillows, and bolsters are provided to ensure your comfort throughout the experience.
The singing bowls used are crafted from seven different metals representing the seven planets, each carrying ancient knowledge and unique vibrations. Quartz crystal bowls tuned to resonate with the chest area further support emotional healing and balance.
This event takes place in a private studio located in St Kilda East, Victoria, surrounded by nature. The exact address will be provided via email upon booking to maintain the intimate and tranquil atmosphere. Please note that due to uneven stepping stones, this event is not suitable for individuals with mobility impairments or those who are heavily pregnant.
The studio is accessible by driving, public transport, cycling, or walking. Arriving early is encouraged to find your spot and settle in before the session begins.
