The unique vibrations of the bowls create a cosmic sound experience that reminds us of our origins, fostering feelings of safety, comfort, and harmony. This intimate group session is perfect for parents seeking a peaceful evening of self-care.
The session lasts 1 hour and 15 minutes and begins promptly at 19:30, with doors opening at 19:20 for settling in. The group size is limited to 12 to ensure a personal and immersive experience.
All mats, blankets, pillows, and bolsters are provided, so you can simply arrive and relax. Please note, due to uneven stepping stones, this event is not suitable for those with mobility impairments or who are heavily pregnant.
The event is held in a private studio located in St Kilda East, Victoria, surrounded by nature. The exact address will be sent via email upon booking to maintain privacy and intimacy.
Participants are encouraged to arrive early to find their spot before the gate locks at 19:40 when the sound journey begins. The studio’s natural setting enhances the immersive sound experience as the vibrations bounce off the walls.
