These comprehensive classes cover labour, birth, and early parenting over a weekend or a single day for caesarean birth preparation. Expect detailed discussions on managing labour, birth complications, induction, and newborn care including breastfeeding and safe sleeping. The classes also address emotional wellbeing and community support resources.
- Labour, birth, and early parenting weekend class: Saturday 08:15 to 16:00, Sunday 08:30 to 15:00.
- Caesarean birth and early parenting class: Saturday only, 08:15 to 16:00.
- Recommended booking 4-6 weeks before due date.
- Includes partner/support person attendance.
