For those planning a caesarean birth, a dedicated class covers what to expect during and after the procedure, newborn care, breastfeeding, and safe sleeping guidelines. Emotional wellbeing and community support resources are also discussed to help you navigate early parenthood with confidence.
Choose between a full weekend class or a one-day caesarean birth class. Weekend sessions run Saturday 8:15am to 4:00pm and Sunday 8:30am to 3:00pm, while the caesarean class is held on Saturdays from 8:15am to 4:00pm. Booking about 4-6 weeks before your due date is recommended to keep the information fresh. Each ticket includes attendance for you and your partner or support person.
